To assist our team in providing our patients with care that is of consistent quality we will:

- Explain all treatment options and agree clinical decisions with patients, explaining the possible risks involved with each option
- Maintain contemporaneous clinical records with an up-to-date medical history for all patients
- Refer to specialists for investigation or treatment as appropriate and without undue delay
- Provide secure storage of patients records and maintain confidentiality
- Provide information for raising a complaint about the service

- Agree terms for all non-employed contractors working at the practice
